I have been having issues with my furnace since the fall hit; it has been cold in my house. I found "Mountain Top" written on the furnace they installed before I moved into my house. I called the number. I was surprised they didn't give me a long, drawn-out explanation as to why they couldn't get to me. The first impression was off the chain—very professional. I was told I would get a call back within the hour. I fell asleep. When I woke up, I called because I thought they didn't call. To my surprise, after reading through text messages, they did call back, they did leave a message, and they did come the same day. We were able to go to bed and not be cold. Thank you for your quick, rapid service. I will be calling you all back when needed.

He was able to fit me in for a last-minute call. He came in 5 minutes later, and within a moment's time, I had heat again. Chantel is great also. Can't leave her out. I called last week to make an appointment for a dryer repair. She worked her wonders to get my mom's appointment. I explained both washers and dryers were out, and we were currently doing laundromat field trips. We laughed. Chauntel was able to get her in on Friday morning. Thank God, the field trips are over!

My air conditioner wasn't installed correctly, so I contacted the company because I needed help. They sent out Norman, and his customer service was excellent. He showed up late...lol. He came and fixed the problem with no problems. He showed me what was wrong instead of just fixing it. A great worker that was patient. ... But service was great. If you want a great installer, then ask for Norman. Overall great service; highly satisfied with service.

Norm is the real deal. He is very conscientious, caring, and thorough. This is how business should be done. While visiting with our mom for her 85th birthday, we began smelling gas. We called the gas company, and they immediately turned off the gas due to several leaks. We searched the internet and sent out a request. Norm was the 1st to answer, saying he would try to be out that day. He continued to call to let us know his approximate times he would be there that day. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation and gave us a rough estimate. He said he would be back the next day; however, he called saying things on a job he was to be completing ran into complications with another contractor, and he would be here the next day. When he arrived, he got to work and continued for almost 9 hrs until he finished after finding 20 leaks! We are so grateful for Norm's quick and professional service.

Our furnace refused to blow hot air on the Sunday night before Christmas. Much to my amazement, a friendly woman was still answering the phone at that hour. She told me to expect a call from Norm between 8 and 10 AM Monday morning. Norm came as scheduled and solved our problem in less than half an hour. We will call them first the next time we have heating or air conditioning issues.
